2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Payments must be made in full before the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar quality if necessary.

3. User Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the group will be the responsibility of the booking party. Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all vehicles.

4. Limitation of Liability

District Bus Charter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which District Bus Charter operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
